Our Services
Bizly AI provides automated AI agents — including AI Receptionist, AI Lead Qualifier, AI Missed Call Recovery, AI Appointment Agent, and AI Customer Service — to the businesses you interact with. We act on their behalf to help respond to your inquiry, schedule, or support request.
SMS Messaging Terms
Opt in to SMS
To opt in and start receiving SMS messages from Bizly AI, text the word START to (478) 993-0505.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
- By providing your phone number to a business we support, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your request, sent through our provider Twilio.
- You agree to receive transactional messages only (follow-ups, reminders, and answers). You are not required to consent as a condition of any purchase, and marketing SMS requires separate opt-in.
- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.
- Message and data rates may apply. You confirm you are the authorized user of the number provided and are at least 18 years old.
Use of the Service
You agree not to misuse the service, send unlawful or abusive content, or attempt to disrupt our systems. We may limit or suspend access where we reasonably believe these Terms are being violated.
Intellectual Property
The Bizly AI brand, website, and service materials are owned by us. Content you provide (your message content) remains yours, and you grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide the service.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated responses may contain errors, and we do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or specific outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
